Luca and his Branched squad have conquered three of four strongholds in the Duchy of Normandie, but the Garland, their target, remains elusive. Assuming the Garland is in Mont Tombe, the fourth and final stronghold on the coast, they set off again. But the enigmatic and powerful Akira follows in their wake. The forces of the Holy Realm and the Empire now muster for an epic clash. Luca’s skills as a battlefield commander will be tested as the siege begins and the powers of the Branched on both sides are on full display.
