In order to retrieve the Sacred Treasure known as the Grass-Cutting Sword, Kazuki and his companions head to the Magical Domain’s snow-topped mountain, only to discover that the guardian of the treasure is none other than a retired hero–Kazuki’s mother!

Fifteen years later, Kazuki Hayashizaki is chosen as the first male summoner.
